Crazy mornings

Linz could get famous for crazy mornings. because now you could tell every one in Litauen: my crazy morning was getting out of bed even earlier than usually, standing on the roof garden of my working place/hospital and doing Qi Gong, looking down on the town still sleeping. quite crazy, but fine!
I use to start working on 7:00 a.m. Shops open around 9:00. When does the day start in Litauen?
